UV AIR CLEANER WARRANTY

CaluTech warrants that its UV air purifiers, the original 'Blue UV Lights' model 9002CB, the 'CaluTech Mini-Blue' model 9002MB, the 'Blueray' model ATHO-60 and the DSL model DS2006 will be free from defect in electrical operation from the date of shipping for the following time periods:

Above products carry a 10 year limited warranty
Airtronics 2006AT carries a 2 year limited warranty
Ultraviolet Lamps carry a 30 day warranty

CaluTech will replace or repair, free of charge, any defective unit named above with no factory labor or parts cost to the customer. CaluTech does not cover any costs associated with removal or re-installation of the unit.

The units have a bar-coded warranty label or serial number. Do not remove.

This warranty is conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance. This warranty is not applicable to any unit which is installed by personnel who are not qualified to do so. This warranty is not applicable to abnormal stresses and operating conditions.

CaluTech shall correct any defects, at CaluTech's option, by either repairing any defective part or parts or by replacing any defective part or parts or by making available new parts or a new replacement unit.

The conditions of any tests concerning any unit which is claimed to have not performed to this warranty shall be mutually agreed upon in writing and CaluTech shall be notified of, and may be represented at any such tests. This express limited warranty is extended by CaluTech only to the original or first end-user purchaser.

Warranty claims are to be made in accordance with CaluTech's published warranty services program. NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY BEYOND THE AFOREMENTIONED WARRANTY PERIOD. The foregoing warranty is exclusive of all other statutory, written, or oral warranties, and no other warranties of any kind, statutory or otherwise, are given or herein expressed. This warranty sets forth CaluTech's responsibilities regarding the CaluTech products and claimant's exclusive remedy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CaluTech will not under any circumstances whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of the unit or any other goods or associated equipment or damage to any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute produces, facilities of services, down time cost, or claims of claimant's customers. CaluTech's liability on any claim of any kind for any loss or damages arising out of, resulting from, or concerning any aspect of this agreement or from the product or services furnished hereunder shall not exceed the price of the specific unit or units which gives rise to the claim.

This warranty gives the claimant specific legal rights. The claimant may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returning a CaluTech Product

UV AIR PURIFIERS & UV AIR CLEANERS

The majority of our ultraviolet light air purification products carry a warranty of 10 years. Warranty length information is available on the product information pages. Should you own a UV power supply device manufactured by CaluTech and any issue arises with that product we will repair or replace that unit free of charge (free of charge means we pay shipping back to you and pay for any repair or replacement necessary, but we do not cover costs associated with removal or re-installation of the product where necessary, or packaging for shipping back to us).

If You Are Having A Problem With A CaluTech Manufactured Product

If your lights go on for a few seconds, or a few minutes, and suddenly shut off, it's time to Replace The UV Lamps. It is not a problem with the unit itself. If the UV Lamps do not light up at all be sure you have replaced the UV Lamps if they are old. If replacing the UV Lamps does not correct the problem contact us as explained below:

Send an Email to orders@HealthyAirAndWaterPurifiers.com with the words WARRANTY CLAIM in the subject line and email us the serial number (bar code number on the unit)your name, address, company name, phone, estimated purchase date, and invoice number if available. Also, include a description of the problem.

After contact from our office, you will receive instructions on how to send your system to us (power unit only, no lamps) by USPS or UPS, or FedEx, etc. - your choice.

NOTE: Never return UV bulbs to us, just the UV device itself.

Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace at our expense and ship it right back to you free of charge, usually by UPS, and usually the same day it is received. During peak times, it may take up to 3 business days to be shipped. We'll also email you the Tracking Number so you can track the package while on its way back to you.

No RMA (Return Authorization Number) needed - no fighting with Customer Service Reps about whether or not it is covered by warranty, no hassles or problems. It's that easy!
